As a result, TBM 700 actuator overhauls can now be accomplished simultaneous to your inspection.
AVEX’s in-house actuator shop overhauls actuators to the standards called out in the Daher Component Maintenance Landing Gear Actuator Manual T700A3230050, T700A3230053, VSTS083550 and VSTS083560 Series. Our process follows the specifications outlined in the CMM 32-32-02 manual using a custom designed test fixture. This fixture is specifically designed to electronically capture and record 800 data points during the test cycle, ensuring accurate measurements and verifiable recordings during all switch and lock sequences. Each actuator is plated to a FAA approved specification: FAA EO#11-0321AVX.
All work is performed by licensed A & P mechanics and goes through rigorous quality assurance by an IA. Every actuator comes with a detailed tear down report and a 12 month workmanship warranty from the date of overhaul.

This optimizes the powerplant’s performance throughout the flight envelope while reducing pilot workload by integrating all functions and protecting the engines life.
