In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the procurement process for Camarillo, Broomfield, and Loveland locations. Drawing from her previous experience as a service manager, Jessica possesses valuable insights into the requirements of the maintenance department.
Recognizing the importance of seamless operations, Jessica diligently ensures that the necessary supplies for maintenance planes are always available. By leveraging her knowledge and expertise, she proactively manages inventory levels, working diligently to prevent any shortages that could disrupt maintenance activities.
Jessica's commitment to providing uninterrupted support to the maintenance department showcases her dedication and proficiency in her role as the buyer and parts supervisor at AVEX Aviation.
Ariana Lopez
Parts Specialist
Since joining AVEX Aviation in 2016, Ariana takes charge of all receiving operations. Specifically, Ariana oversees the receiving processes for our Broomfield and Loveland locations. She actively contributes to conducting physical inventories across all our facilities and provides valuable assistance in training new team members. Ariana's dedication extends beyond her primary responsibilities. She willingly travels to other Avex locations whenever the need arises, seamlessly filling in for absent colleagues. Additionally, she efficiently handles the processing of warranty orders, and her responsibilities have expanded to include managing consumable orders.
Over time, Ariana has evolved into an invaluable asset for our organization. Her commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond make her an indispensable member of the AVEX team.

Parts Coordinator
April joined Avex Aviation in 2021 and assumes the crucial responsibility of order picker of all the necessary parts for our Camarillo location. Her diligent efforts contribute to the efficient management of consumables, ensuring that we never encounter expired items. In addition, April adeptly manages all outbound shipments, ensuring smooth logistics and timely deliveries. Despite her relatively short tenure, April has consistently displayed a thirst for knowledge and personal development. Her commitment to continuous learning and growth is evident in her work. Moreover, she possesses a commendable willingness to lend a helping hand whenever necessary, reflecting her strong team spirit.
